"The Tomb of Alexander the Great in Alexandria" (pp. 75-108)

Summary:

An academic presentation of the theory that Alexander's tomb in Alexandria was located within a huge 800m x 600m walled enclosure encompassing the ancient central crossroads of Alexandria. A fragment of the enclosure wall survives today and engraving exist of one of the major gates of the enclosure, which survived until the early 19th century.
